It was bad!! The food was ok. There were 7 of us. One ordered linguini with clams. One of the clams was black with mud, very gross (not cleaned properly). We showed it to the waitress and she thought it was gross also and did apologize. She asked if we wanted another meal. We said yes. Most of us had finished our dinners, when the new dinner came. When the bill of 130.00 dollars came, we were surprised that were was no compensation.
We asked to see the manger, Debbie, a large dark haired woman. She did not seem to care. She could have at least pretended to care when a customer is dissatisfied. She acted like we should be grateful that she replaced the meal. We did not want a free meal. But thought maybe a glass of wine or desert on the house would be good customer services. We will not return and will tell our friends.
Previously we had been there with a party of six and waited an hour for a table. We saw many tables open up and fillup with people, who obviously came as much as an hour after us. We complained to the same manager, who said that it was busy and would not set up a table for six unless two tables were free next to each other at the same time. She did not apologize for the wait and we left.
