Top Notch!!! Great customer service. Hidden gem for people that want to watch a great movie with no chaos. Much better than the theater down the road at the mall. Sssshhhhh don't tell to many people about this theater....lol.

Tough economic times like we are having now make everyone change their spending habits. WO5 ease the pain of going to the mall and being gouged. We have been going to West Orange Five for over 10 years, because of their fair prices (unlike the mall) we can still afford to take our four kids to the movies.

Being of a rather frugal intent these days, West Orange 5 has let us still enjoy movies that we want to go to see vs get in the mail. It also allows us a sort of date night theme for just the two of us which is nice. We use the matinees which we can better afford both being middle aged students again. We hope that they don't change anything particularly. If we want something to eat while watching a movie, they have it available, if its only popcorn & a drink that's fine too. We relish the smaller theatre feel & the only bad thing is trying to get out of the handicapped spots in between showings. That's the only difficult thing, the parking is kind of tight in the back & the one entrance exit is a problem as well. Other than that, excellent matinee pricing, excellent customer service & a great little location that isn't overshadowed by its own hugeness. Thank You West Orange 5 for not giving up. West Orange 5 is GREAT! Movies are current, seating is nicer now that they have made changes. Prices are good. Food and Prices are Great! You get far more for your money than their competitor who gives you Less for MORE! Nothing fancy, Just friendly service, excellent deals on food, and a movie. Thats enough for me!

Best kept secret in Orange county, Staff are great and prices too .also food , beer and wine +++++++++++++++++++Truly a 5 star movie thearter

It's a nice, old school theatre. There aren't enough theaters out there still like this. Although it's not for everyone, it's a great nostalgic place to watch any movie!

I love going to West Orange 5. The staff is very friendly and the place is nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable.

West Orange 5 is great! A much SAFER place to see a movie than at West Oaks Mall. Food is good. Prices are right and people are friendly. Stadium seating is comfortable too!

The seats at West Orange 5 are uncomfortable. It’s the old theater seats where you can’t put your head back and fidget the whole movie because you can’t stand sitting there. The kind of seats which remind me why I’d rather rent the movie than watch it at the old-style theaters. Additionally, the movie seating area is small with very little incline (heads in the way become an issue once again, especially for the kids), the movie screen is small, and the sound is not as good (as other theatres). Since I attend matinee shows with my kids, there is no price difference for me at West Orange 5 as compared to the West Oaks mall theatre. I'll take the better sound, more comfortable seats, better view, and bigger screen from West Oaks - for the same price - ANY day over West Orange 5!

I love the West Orange 5 theater! Not only is it always clean but the cost of the shows and the food is reasonable. I love the stadium seating and tables in the main auditorium. The people at the ticket window are always friendly too. Since I am a frequent movie viewer, I love the fact that they provide a card that gives you free popcorn or admission or both just for viewing movies.... I highly recommend the West Orange 5 theater to all my friends and family when they visit from out of town.
