Georgia Boy's Bar-B-Que, Oldsmar

Don't judge this book by it's cover!!! I have lived here for 7yrs and have always known about it and never went in to check it out because it has a metal cage over the windows. Well, one of my customers who also loves bbq told me to check it out and I did. To my surprise, it probably has THE BEST bbq around. Now, that is only my rating on the meats. I'm not too keene on the sauce. The meats, beef/pork are OUTSTANDING!!!!! and you can eat them without the sauce if you want, they are that good. I watched the owner carve the meat right in front of me and I could see all of the juices flowing out of it and I knew I was in for something special. The beans were pretty good. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon in my beans, but they are still good. The potato salad was good, old fashion, home cooked potato salad...nothing fancy, but good and fresh! I will definitely be spending more time there, a lot more time....even if I have to bring my own bottle of sauce. ENJOY!!!!!
