Varsity Club, Palm Harbor

WORST service ever! I have been eating here for years but after tonight they will not get another penny of my hard earned money. Food was bad, service was worse. Ask to speak to the manager, that was a waste of my time. I ask the manager what the owners name was and she told me Julie and that her name was Jody. I had ordered somretyhing to bring home and SURPRISE part of the order was missing...my bad for not checking before I left. I called and ask when Julie would be in and who ever answerd the phone told me she was opening the bar tomorrow. I said Julie is the owner right. She says no the owner is Jody! I said Jody the tall blonde that is there right now?? I was put on hold and she came back and said that Julie was the owner so I ask her why did she just tell me it was Jody put me on hold and come back with a different answer, do you not know who you work for?? She hung up on me. I will find out who the owner is and make sure she or he knows their restaurant is going down hill and has lost a customer. Sure would lilke to have my 96.00 back. I hate that I have to even give one star rating. This restaruant is a zero rating for me.

I've been a constant customer of the Varsity Club @ East Lake for a long time. But I've had enough with the horrible food and staff service I just received tonight. Do not eat there people. The vegetables smelled putrefied and the manager started cursing and walked away when I politely requested my money back. I AM NEVER EATING AT VARSITY CLUB AGAIN!

Great salads. Very good soup. Sometimes service is slow. Best to stick with a sure bet, like nachos, wings, burgers.

This is a great sports bar to watch a game. I have never had any problems. If you like bar food it's a great place to hang out with friends and watch a game.

I had a run in with the owners one time because I didn't like the food that I was served. Most places apologize & replace it or offer something different. The male owner came out & tried degrading me while his wife watched. It was really pathetic. Avoid this place if possible. (I went to the one in Clearwater, same owners)

If you can deal with some of the snootyness of the lansbrook customers.... This is a very great place to eat and drink with friends and a place to eat a very mixed menu....LOVE IT GO AGAIN AND AGAIN!
