I was here a long time ago and it was a poor meal. The octopus dish I ordered was one large, raw octopus sprinkled with lemon juice. It was so tough that I could not cut it with my knife. My boyfriend had to cut it for me and he had difficulty as well. Needless to say I was unable to chew it. The octopus died for nothing. What a waste. I should have tried fishing with it.
This is a horrible restaurant. I wouldn t recommend it to anyone. Every time we went the waitresses were rude and unfriendly. The grilled octopus I got there also wasn t tender and didn t taste good. I will not come here again, due to the poor service of the waiters.
HORRIBLE!!!!Flies in and all over the restaurant, very dirty, Poor service , confusion abounds , Terrible food, and to top things off they would not honor our coupon ! Manager should be looking for a job elsewhere , you must avoid this restaurant at all costs (if you could call this a restaurant) more of a local bar hangout with all the loud drunks you wish you could never meet ! Health department either blind or being paid off , what ever the case, drive on by, mcdonalds looks like a five star compared to this dump!
DONT GO TO THE RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before we went there. I chose this restaurant because I had a $25 gift certificate from Restaurant.com and would have walked out if we didnt have that. Service was HORRIBLE. Hostess looked STONED out of her mind. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the door, had to ask for a server to take our drink order and then waited 10 MORE minutes before she did. Waitress looked like she didnt have a clue. We were a table of 5 and only 2 other tables had patrons. My mel came out 10-15 minutes after the others. Then I had to wait for drawn butter (she forgot twice) then she brought me MELTED MARGARINE-GROSS! My mom got shrimp scampi and it was cold. I had the NE clam chowder (very tasty) BUT, I SWeAR this is true-I DRANK IT WITH A STRAW. They sent me the KITCHEN Mgr (after a long wait) HE seemed as though he had a bit of a mental problem. He took my peel and eat shrimp(which I ordered warm) and reheated them so they were TOO HOT to handle, needless to say they were like RUBBER..I couldnt eat them. Bread was ICE cold. Nothing good to say at all! Finally, a female mgr came over and made some amends to our bill...but, from beginning to end the worst experience of my life. They offered me a $25 GC to come back and I refused it. TOO MANY restaurannts in the area to bother with this one. It is truly a shame.
I will not be going back to this resturaunt again, I called on thursday to make reservations for a party of 10 for saturday evening at 6:30pm for my husbands Birthday. I called there saturday afternoon to confirm and they had no Idea what I was talking about so they made the reservations for us again. We went there and the waitress seemed to be out of her league.a few of the guests arrived early and wanted to order their drinks and the waitress said no they would have to wait until the others came. after sitting there for two hours she brought out 1/2 of the tables dinner which was overcooked and some didnt have what they ordered the other 1/2 of the party did not get served at all. The manager would not come out of the back to talk to us at all.The waitress told us to just get up and leave. after another 30 min of trying to get our bill situated we left still hungry and all of the cooks and other waitress' were outside on break. This was the worst service I have ever had at any resturaunt.
Went there for dinner tonight, we're locals and were looking for a good seafood resturaunt. This was not it, service was good, but for an evening at dinner time, we were one of only 3 occupied tables. We both ordered the combination platter, the conch fritters and the fish were both good, but the shrimp were not only over done, but not deveined, and the scallops were under done and seemed as though they were sitting in oil for a while, because the batter was very soggy and greasy, even the french fries were under cooked, most of the fries were hard inside. This was definately not the meal we were looking for, I was very dissapointed and will not be going back there.
