Traditional Experience for Visitors
I lived in Tarpon for many years. We brought a relative visiting from California here who never really had greek food. I think this restaurant is great place to take someone. They have most of the standards, including saganaki, skordalia, and resin wine.
I also like the way this restaurant feels a little european; maybe it's the lighting. It is also on a little bend in the road and feels like it's just off the hub of the sponge docks.
The prices were average, the menu was diverse with plenty of vegetarian options, and they weren't overcrowded on Saturday night.
