I called in an order for store pickup, as I had many times. When I walked in there were two people ahead of me. By the time he served those two, more people had entered the store. He went on to serve the new people. My patience evaporated and I told the guy. Look I called in an order and I have been NEXT for a while. He then smiled at me and without a word turned to wait on a lady who had only been in the store for a few seconds. She was nobody special and her body language said that it was not her turn. Still ignoring me he queried the lady. “How can I help you?” That was it for me so I said, as I walked out. “I don’t know what your problem is pal, but you can keep your pizza.” For the first time he spoke to me saying, “Please do leave if you are going to be rude.” I will not repeat my reply except that it ended with “you will never have to deal with me again.” Their pizza is not worth the aggravation. Gianni s north on 19 at Clark St is 10 times better. I had only gone here because it’s nearer.
