The customer service stinks. I waited 28 minutes for a plain, hot and ready?, pizza and left without my pizza, after having already paid. I got fed up, told them where they could stick their pizza and left. When you pay employees minimum wage, they, understandably, have minimum wage attitudes towards customer service. I will never buy from them again.
There is a Dominos and a Papa Johns within 2-3 minutes of this place, and there pizzas are soooooooooooo much better. Mama's pizza is right across the street in the Sweetbay/Walgreens shopping plaza. They make excellent, normal, pizza. It costs more than $5, but then it doesn't taste like cardboard with burnt cheese on it. BJ's brick oven pizza is just down the block. Haven't had the opportunity to try them yet, but I hear it's really good pizza. Again, more than $5, but you get what you pay for..
