Oyster's is owned and operated by the former chef of the Plantation Golf and Country Club. The food is consistent, moderately priced, and sometimes quite surprising. Grouper Almondine, when offered, is excellent. The luncheon fish and chips is top drawer. My experience over 2+ years includes lunch and dinners on weekends (best) and an occasional dinner during the week. Weekends only, I believe include the salad bar. I have not sampled the Friday Night Fish Fry and will put this on my list of to-do's.
