Applebee's, Ellenton

We visit this area twice a year from Scotland and love to frequent this particular Applebees. The place must be good as we regularly bump into the same patrons and staff each time. As per another review we prefer to sit at the bar (if there are any seats) and the service is normally pretty good ... The food is the normal Applebees fair, the drinks are very good value. The other Applebees south of here near Bradenton is very good also ... Try both them out, you won't be disappointed Alastair and Margaret from Scotland. We'll be in this bar at lunchtime 12 noon, 30th October 2011 when we return to FLA. See you there !!

We eat at this Applebee's EVERY week unless out of town. After 3 - 12 hour shifts at the hospital, I want to eat out on my first night off. The food is consistently good, the wait staff is attentive, the restaurant is clean. My only complaint is, it needs to be bigger to serve the volume of traffic they have!

Service could be faster. But the food is great. :]
