I LOVE MR. BONES!!!! I have been a Bones fanatic for 7 years now, since I moved to Florida. I send the sauces to all of my chef friends all over the US. The dry rub -- that's the secret, I think! I have been a vegetarian for 2 years now, and the General Moe's watercress is my new favorite dish. The salads are HUGE, and the sides are to die for...When I was still eating meat, the baby backs with original sauce were my favorite. As a beer lover, I love the coffin, too. The whole vibe is unique and friendly. It can get busy during season (winter), but it's definitely worth the wait. Or try it for lunch, too (less crowded).
