I have been buying the best food there for over six years...whether it is breakfast, lunch, pizza or their specialty cheesecakes, it is always great! And I have placed specialty orders at the holidays every year for years... this past Christmas, I ordered eight (yes, 8!) pumpkin cheesecakes...the recipients were thrilled, as usual.
Do not even consider that a bad review is accurate - it is just not so. I have NeVeR been treated rudely...ever...(please know I am just a customer - no reason to write anything other than what is accurate - if someone had a bad experience there...well, I agree with the last post - probably was the PERSON and not the staff.) I have been there at 7am, when the line for food and the checkouts were lined up out the door - and never have been treated rudely....and if you want good food, at a great price, well, I certainly will wait! If a restaurant is busy, does not that say the food is worth it! ??
It is some great food! I love the ribs (and the price)...they make the best coleslaw ever... the breakfast casserole/scramble is just yummy....and the cheesecake? Ahhh!!!
Do NoT let a review about the manager being rude? (Whaaa...whahhh...) let you not eat really good stuff!
I went in with my cousin and there was blonde there where the pizza is and my cousin asked how old the food was. She was very rude. She said it was cooked that day and that there food was cooked everyday. It was 2:30 in the afternoon. I told her when people ask it usually means what time of day not if it was cooked that day. She said they can only keep the food there for up to 4 hrs. I said there is a big difference in taste from 20 minutes to 4 hrs. She said asking when it was cooked was a ignorant question and then we asked for a manager. She said she was the manager and then had a young man come out and he said he was a manager too. I told him what happened and said if she is really a manager here you might want to rethink that . Wow, all that because we wanted to no how old the food was.
