Our restaurant offered an unparalleled dining experience, serving up the same passion for food that we grew up with, never sacrificing the flavors or high dining standards our parents believed in. Our acoeoriginalac homemade pasta menu was posted on wall chalk boards throughout the restaurant. Guests simply chose from one of our handmade, in-house pasta dishes seasoned with locally grown herbs. Made-to-order appetizers, salads and desserts. Our original signature dishes included Noodles classics ac Chicken & Artichoke Hearts; Pasta Bayou and Homemade Lobster Raviolis. We are a passionate family restaurant. Our passion was ignited by our parents to celebrate food and guest experiences. We embrace our guests with heartfelt hospitality and are intent on exceeding their expectations.
The transformation that took place a couple of years ago when Noodles moved from its drab location in a rundown strip mall to its present setting as a magnet restaurant in Mission Square is nothing less than amazing. In addition to a state-of-the-art layout, its food, especially the pasta and veal dishes, is very good and quite reasonable not only by Naples' overpriced standards but for the country as a whole. Heck, why mince words -- Noodles is one of the best bargains in town. Try the chicken with lemon dish for a real treat, and by all means ask for extra bread (I don't know who supplies it, but it's delicious) and soak it in what has to be the best extra virgin olive oil in Collier County. I even bought some of the oil to take home. The servers are well trained and friendly, and the management takes care to see that the customer is satisfied. Noodles demonstrates what a good, affordable restaurant can be.
Being an avid fan of Noodles and resident of Naples for over 20 years, I have frequented the restaurant for a very long time. I take guests who visit from out of town there. Unfortunately, my return to the new location is unlikely due to the misreable experience I had in all aspects of its service. It seemed to oppose the quality and homey atmosphere of the original. Don't mess with a good thing! Definite thumbs down! We watched a waitress eat off someone's plate in plain view! YUCK!
