Everything I ate there was terrible. The waitress was very nice and did a good job but the food was nasty. I had a glass of water too and it was that gross that I couldn't even drink it. I would never recommend this place to anyone! After all the terrible food they socked us with a 50 some dollar bill.

Be carefull Police like to hang outside and watch you come out then pull you over 2 blocks away. Around 10:00 to 11:00 they start showing up at nearby parking lots. Nice place other then that.

i love this place! i go with my cousins and grandparents everytime we go c my grandparents and the food is excellent and the service is very friendly i even sang karaoke when in punta gorda this is a great place to eat

Wow!!! What a great place! I went to eat at Harpoon Harry's last week with my fiance and his family. We sat right next to the water and ordered raw oysters, salads, pot roast and grouper sandwiches...everything was amazing and the service was wonderful! Our waitress Scheanna took great care of us. The manager Tammy even helped clear a table so we could have a great view. We will be back!

I ordered an Oriental Chicken Salad. Could not figure out how it got it's name as the only thing close to oriental was the sauce on the chicken and there was absolutely no dressing on the salad. Besides the too crusty chicken there was only head lettuce a few tomatoes, cucumber slices and peppers. My husband ordered the Fish and Chips and it took him about 10 paper towels to soad the grease off the fish. The container of cole slaw was about 3 bites. The couple with us were also extremely dissasfied with their food and needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Miss it so much!

When I lived close, I went to Harpoon Harrys at least everytime the Boogie Men played (I miss all of them too), and sometimes in between to to wind down and relax. My husband even proposed to me at Harpoon's...with a little help from Marcia in the Boogie Men!!

The third time was not a charm.....At least they are consistant....poor to horrible service, incredibly lousy food, with the added benefit of birds depositing their feces on our heads and plates.......a nightmare.......no apologies whatsoever. Three strikes ----you're out!!!!!!!!!

Our favorite place in town to eat. Great food and service. beautiful breeze off the water. We love to bring friends and family here when they come to visit. Where else can you go to dine and watch dolphins swim at the same time. Highly recommend this place!

Drinks, boats, entertainment ...

Harpoon's is dockside, so its an excellent way to unwind for the evening ... watching the boats pull in for a quick stop, people watching (lots of tourists in the area), and just relaxing and having a good time. There's shops and other restraunts and bars close by, so there's a wonderful variety available ... but Harpoon's is the best of the bunch, and you'll always find yourself migrating down to the end of the road to hit the staff up for a drink or two ;)
