Overpriced and the sushi was not that great. Service was VERY SLOW.

best sushi i have eaten in florida period.The kobe beef roll is to die for the lunch menu is very affordable the yakisoba noodles for lunch is excellent don't take my word for it check it out for yourself. always fresh

I give amimoto 5 stars mostly because it is the best in the area. It might get 4 if you had better direct comparisons. On the other hand, after that minor dig on them, they have sushi that can be stacked up against anyone's. I'm comparing with 2 excellent places in Winter Haven, FL - Mikasa, and Mt. Fuji rest's. Also places in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, FL. I would pick Amimoto over all but perhaps one of them. Their best asset is freshness. I have only been a few places that have consistently delivered up sushi this fresh every time (3) that I have had it. I am now a regular customer. Thank God there's good sushi in Charlotte county, FL!
