M Waterfront Grille is located on Venetian Bay. Locally owned and operated by brothers Peter and Christopher Sereno, it was established in 1988 as Maxwell's on the Bay and changed the name and interior in 2008. With new Executive Chef Brian Roland, a young and talented chef known for his consistent, modern culinary style, at the helm, M Waterfront Grille has been transformed to a contemporary upscale restaurant.
