Description
The Old Captiva Inn was built in 1931, and consistently serves fine seafood, meat and chicken dishes. The decor is quaint and charming. French doors lead to the dining room, which is decorated with "Ding Darling" drawings. Weather permitting, you can also eat on the patio. A nightly piano serenade adds to the Old Florida ambiance. For dinner, try the marinated Gulf shrimp, with tropical carrot cake for dessert. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, and proper casual attire is requested. Reservations are recommended.
