Maria's Pizzeria & Restaurant, Cape Coral

We walked in off the street last night and ordered take-out of about half of the entrees on the menu for a (VERY Italian) friend's last-minut​e birthday dinner (on a night when the restaurant​ was packed and we gave them NO notice) and everything​ was PERFECT! We will (and have already) HIGHLY recommend this restaurant​! These folks know how to make Italian food right, with obviously fresh ingredient​s, and you can't beat the price!

I've ordered delivery for everything from pizza to veal & chicken parmigiana. My wife LOVES the *baked combo*. Their food is the best Italian I've had in SW Florida and the few times my pizza order was wrong the brought a new one!

Words cannot describe how filty this place was!!!! The wait staff was slow in filling drinks and the owner was outright rude. The food was average at best and I will never go back with all the other places to try in downtown Cape Coral. I havent been to Chicago pizza yet or wine and roses and the new place thats opening across from the bus station but rest assured they are the next three stops in search of a good dining experience.

they have the best calamari in the area. the sauce is really good. we have had the veal & chicken francaisse and the veal parmesan. we haven't tried the pizza yet, but that will be next. i highly recommend maria's if you want really good italian food.

While visiting Cape Coral Florida we got take out pizza from Maria's. The food was very good and the service was also good. We got a pepper and onion pizza and a cheese pizza. Both were good.

The food is very good, the servers are wonderful - BUT - the Manager is the worst person we have ever met. He has no idea of how he should respond to long-term customers. The owner is not even interacting if problems occur. After so many years of being loyal customers - we just have to quit going there.

After living in cape coral for a year and half I need pizzas for a party, we ordered 5 pizzas I love pizza and have tried the other places and Marias is the best I have found in Cape Coral we had 20 people at the party and every one said the same thing IT IS THE BEST THEY HAVE HAD

Maria's is only a little off the beaten path, and well worth it! Excellent menu, lots of choices. The calzones are wonderful! Staff is friendly and nice. Meatballs are excellent. Dinner comes with soup or salad, and there is enough food to share or for doggie bags. Kids menu is nice with all the usual items and extras like meatballs and stuffed shells. The baked ziti is fabulous, baked with a layers of cheese. Excellent! The only down side is their soup, I have gone on several diffrent days of the week and have only ever seen one 'soup of the day', and just isn't that great.

We love Maria's! It is a very cute place and the menu is GREAT! They offer so much and we have never tried something that we didn't like. EVERYTHING is just excellent! Pizza, Calzones, the rolls! We also love their linguine pescatore and maria's veal special. Again, we have never been dissapointed. The FRIED CALAMARI is the absolute BEST we have ever had! I could just go on and on.. A must try if you are in SWFL (Cape Coral) area.
