The last time we went, we got all soft tacos and we ordered Soft and Hard Taco's! This time we never even got to give them the money! When we pulled up to the window there was a doof parked just enough to where we couldn't even get to the drive thru window! There were employee's sitting outside (not even the employee's inside) seeing this and no-one did anything to tell them to pull-up. Then after they left we waited for about 3 min's (after waiting for 5 min's) and no-one even bothered taking our money! So I left! The over-all hospitality in Polk County Fla (over the past 3 yr's) seems to be getting a bit rude, hateful and sluggish!
