Have been to several of those HMO presentations in dining room of this restaurant. Every time, they lock front door which leaves future HMO clients outside in freezing howling wind, pounding on doors and windows, waving wildly, trying to get their attention.
After 10 or 15 min, they finally open the door with no apology. Staff seems hostile and in fighting mode every time. Apparently they must HATE hosting these seminars.
At least their food is good. Cheesecake used to be OUTSTANDING. But at last HMO thing, they served very old, dry cheesecake that didn't even have a crust! Tasted like baked cream cheese. UGH.
On icy winter morning, they only had ICED tea. NO hot tea. I had to finally explain that they could take some iced tea, put it in their microwave and heat it up for me. ah - lightbulb - she hadn't thought of that and treated me like a criminal because I wanted what they did not have.
Can you imagine ICED tea when your hands are already frozen? When it arrived, it was barely luke warm. Old blond lady at Clearwater branch should be fired or retired; she obviously hates customers!
