We came here on a Friday night. There is no hostess or sign that says if you can just seat yourself, so you stand there awkwardly for a few minutes hoping someone on staff will come over. We finally just grabbed a passing waitress and she pretty much just pointed to a booth. Not a great start!
Once we were seated, we got service pretty quick, but the food took awhile to arrive. That's not good if you have a small child. We made the mistake of not ordering pizza and ordering seafood off the menu. It was bad!
The grouper nuggets had no seasoning and were made with either old or frozen fish. They were mushy and half of them were so fishy, I couldn't eat them. The shrimp also had a once-frozen feel and taste. Now, the kid's meal was really tasty, so that was a plus.
We've had their pizza before and it's very good, so I would recommend just sticking to the pizza and not foraying too much into the seafood side of things.
My husband and I love their subs and potato salad. He always get the Philly Cheesesteak and I get the tuna. The waitresses are good and the atmosphere is that of a cozy local pub where you can relax and be comfortable. Sometimes we're lazy and use their delivery service, which is always prompt and efficient.
