Great Chinese food. The restaurant is somewhat dated but it still has decent atmosphere. The service was good and the food was even better. Large portions and plenty of rice, great for a meal the next day at home. I highly reccomend this restaurant. Don't go expecting a new vibrant dining experience but go and enjoy it for what it is. An old family run restaurant with great chinese food with great prices and portions! A+
This place has been here forever and a day! If you can get past the preacher at their doorstep, you'll enjoy the rest of the night. The food portions are huge and the service is swift. You get free hot tea and plenty of rice. The orange chicken is awesome and again...you get plenty. I almost never need a doggy bag after a chinese meal, but this place is always the exception. 4 out of 5 just because appearence is important...I think they COULD ask that guy on their doorstep to leave.
My wife and I are not that picky. But this restaurant should STOP offering a dine-in experience. It was Saturday night, 5-6 seniors, plus us. One waitress and the service was terrible. The Ambiance was horrible, there hasn't been an update in 25 years! The worst part was waiting at the empty bar to pay our bill. The waitress shrugged her shoulders and said we could hit the gong on the bar to get the mom half of the mom and pop show up front to take our money. We embarassingly hit the gong twice to no avail! She finally came up front when the take out order she was waiting for was ready. Then she refulsed to apologize. They obviously need to do take-out ONLY! Only dine in if you are in need of some serious self flaggelation!
Oh, and I almost forgot! They also had a street preacher to greet us at the door. I'm a Christian, but PLEASE! STAY AWAY, unless take-out!
