My family recently ate at your steakhouse...we will never return. How can you charge so much for a 1/3 of a rack of ribs (3 bones!) and charge even more for 1/2 a rack (4 bones!). the sauce on the ribs was not good, the portions of the fries was skimpy. The service was excellent but your pricing does not match the serving size....VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The experience started out nicely but then it went bad. My blooming onion that my family and I was eating had 3 small bugs in it. When I told our server he said that we were lying because he did not see anything. Shortly after we left My family and I got sick throwing up. We talked to a couple of friends and they said that they also got real sick also. We will be writing a letter to the company and also contacting osha. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS 4TH STREET OUTBACK. If you ask around and ask a couple of employees you will find them talking about how they hate working their, and how food is dropped on the floor than put back on the plates and served. The grills are not cleaned every day, and so on. The servers were also claiming that they changed proprietors and the new one is dirty and cuts corners. why can't this outback keep their staff. JUST BE CAREFUL. I asked around and people said their is an Outback on Tyrone boulevard and they now have a better reputation and they are clean.
It's Outback - the mainstay of the unadventurous who haven't bothered to try local non-chain restaurants. That said, the food and service is fine. A tiny bit overpriced if you ask me. Go to California Ciccio or Harvey's 4th Street Grill instead.
