The menu in this casual waterfront restaurant offers a dizzying array of choices. Early Bird lunch and dinner specials are served midday to 7p, and there are also cocktails. Shrimp and grouper are the specials Sunday; at lunch you can dine on the 'world's largest fish sandwich.' Steamed Blue Crabs are the favored choice at Billy's. On Tuesday through Saturday, you are also treated to a free evening boat ride to Shell Island with any purchase. There is a rooftop bar and a piano bar open after 5p daily.
