Good food at very reasonable prices. Caters to a vibrant older crowd later in the evening with live music. The decor is a bit worn but this does not seem to diminish its popularity.

Just Fantastic!! The food is excellent and the Black Forest Cake to die for... No matter how many times i go there, i come out even more impressed than before.. The staff is very nice as well. This is money well spent!

I took my wedding party here for the rehearsal dinner & they were very accommodating. I made all of these plans from Illinois & Phyllis helped me a great deal. My food was just fine & if I based this solely on my experience it would get 5 stars, but some of my guests said that their dishes were not that great. I would definitely go back to Capt Kosmakos.

This is one of the best places to dine in Treasure Island. My family has enjoyed this local favorite, for years.

the food is really good,everything i have ever eaten ther has been great.as for the some of the servers and others employee's,that a different story.they have one of the worst servers ever,an old greek guy,who been forever,he smells like cigrettes,when he gives your food the smell is terrible and the worst part is the sores allover his arms,we ask for anyone but him,and if you need something,he says hes to busy or ask the busboy.we've had a really nice lady give a excellent service and very pleasant to take too,and very funny.she'sbeen there a few years,we always have her take care of us when we come down for the season .the owner is a real piece of work ,some weekends when we sit in the lounge, we always leave before closing ,the owner stands and drinks all night then starts cursing out all the american employee's and degrading them.but, the greek employees he doesn't...the place needs updated and its way to dark with GREEN everything...

The food was of poor quality and it was not inexpensive.
