Where to begin? Family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids. Got there at approx. 8:10pm. and was told 1/2 hr wait time. NO PROBLEM. Sitted at approx. 8:55pm. NO PROBLEM. Order was entered into computer at 9:05pm per server, NO PROBLEM. First cooked rice (chinese fast food has more quanitity and with eggs, onions ect with it, Noodles were extra charge and same; hardly any) in the dish at 10:05pm Now a problem, especially when one of the tables closed by got sitted around 9:45pm already had their meats going into their dish at this time. The table was at full and my kids had to sit in a corner side where there was hardley a room for 1 kid. The whole table (other 3 couples) were getting restless with the service. When you pay $20/person, I think we should receive a better service. Manager was called to the table by one the couple, and he asked us to fill out a blank paper with name and address so may mail a gift certificate or something, I personally passed it. I'd rather next time go to Citrus Park and have Japanese food at their food court for 1/4 of price and go home happy.. Another note or just an observance, we went to Kobe across the street approx. month ago, and everyone on the table had something extra to take home. Here there was only one couple who took something home and that's because they had lost their appetite. I'm not saying everyone had or will have bad experience. There was a table next to us who seemed very happy when the left, but when you ask me to pay $20/person, I'll pass thank you. Hope you good luck if you decide to go...... If an owner is reading this, for future, don't offer to send something in mail; try to correct the situation at hand. Buying me a meal for next time just doesn't replace the experience at hand.
I love Arigato's because they put on a show for you and the food is tasty. I think the cooks should let you tell them exactly how you want your food so it tastes even more wonderful. However, I dislike it because the waiters and waitresses are very impatient and very slow themselves.
this place was nice excellent food and service and everyone just relaxed and had great time......i am not big fan of seafood but at this place it was sooo good and i recomend this to everyone!!! and watching the cooks was alot of fun!
I have been to several Japanese Steakhouses nationwide. Arigato was the worst one of all. Their soup and salad were different from most steakhouses and did not taste as good. They do not offer sushi there like most other steakhouses. Their fried rice wasn't even made with the traditional scrambled eggs in it. Their menu was just basic chicken, shrimp, and steak. They did not offer anything above and beyond any other Japanese steakhouses. I was just an overall bad experience!!!
