Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, Tampa

Fantastic food. Great show. Quick service. Wonderful place to eat :o )

Decided to go to Kobe among the hundreds of restaurants to choose from from Land O Lakes to Carrollwood. The showmanship from the chef was about as entertaining as a cook that was flipping burgers at McDonalds. I ordered the steak and it tasted gamey. The Rice had no taste. Thanks for a tasteless meal Kobe. The manager was quite apologetic. However, the rest of the waitstaff were quite rude. I will not be back to your establishment.

I have a major complaint. My name is Steve Gottlieb and this past Sunday 16th MAR I took my family too your restaurant. Our host was not too bad until we were waiting to pay. First he brought my chg card to the other people that were sitting at our table. Then my family became too tired and were waiting in the car. I had to ask another hostess to get our host. Our host finally came and showed me the bill real quickly I did not realize there was no tip included. When I left the host actually ran out to my car telling me he did not get a tip so he waited till I did. I find that not only embarassing but very unprofessional. I will never go back to that place.. Kobe's is the best !.....My kids love it. Going to the early bird tonight !

I find the food is excellent , the atmosphere is comfortable and sushi for a hibachi restaurant is great. A fun place to go with alot of people.
