Bahama Breeze, Tampa

Bahama breeze has a great atmosphere at all times and serves great food with a late kitchen. If you go ask for Chelsea or Jill. Best two waitresses in the place. Everyone is kind and courteous in the whole joint. If you want to cheat a little on your diet, I recommend the onion rings, but watch out they will fill you up. My only down side is that I wish they had a better beer selection. Great place, fun folks.

I have dined at Bahama Breeze in the Miami area as well, and I have to tell you that each and every time we have been to the establishment it has been the ultimate best dining experience, from the staff, to the atmosphere, to the food. I broght a family member who has never dined there with us and she is hooked as well. Whatever they are doing, don't change a thing, the staff seems to be happy to work there and it shows, the food is perfect! Thanks and we'll be back!

Bahama Breeze was delightful. My girlfriend and I came to Tampa on a mini-vacation in mid-November. Were a both a big fan of seafood and also trying local flavors and ambiance. The atmosphere and set-up of this large restaurant was excellent. We attended on a Thursday around 4PM. Service was excellent and much of the staff was busy cleaning after the lunch rush and attending to a large company party. Our waitress Lisa was very informative and suggested a few drink and food favorites of both guests and herself. I enjoyed the Aruba Red house beer and sampled some of their signature drinks with my girlfriend. The fried plantanes appetizer was fantastic. My entree was a seafood and rice dinner, quite delicious and well cooked. My girlfriend had the smothered pork chops, also excellent. We finished with splitting the chocolate pineapple upsidedown cake dessert. Throughout the meal, our server as well as the rest of the staff were friendly, fun and attentive. We left stuffed and very satisfied. Also the prices are quite resonable and the musician on the deck was entertaining. I would suggest this wonderful establishment to anyone!

Service was LOUSY...Entertainment was a joke. I've heard better music out of a high school band...what a joke...the service made me actually walk out and thank God I did because as I was walking out a server was picking her nose and then taking her tray to a table...GROSS

I think of all of the chain food restaurants I have been to that Bahama Breeze is the best!. They do get busy and that is with good reason so don't show up at 6pm and expect to be seated right away. You can wait for your seat at their outdoor bar and lounge that really makes you feel like you are in a tropical resort. It is part of the experience. There is always live entertainment playing island music to help you unwind. The food is terrific also from their spicy shrimp appetizer to my favorite cajun chicken pasta. We recently had a large group of out of town guests for a party and took them there and everybody enjoyed the evening! I give it 5 stars as compared to other chain food resturaunts like carrabbas, mangianos, olive gardens, cheesecake factory (love that too) macaroni grill and the likes!

Went into the very picturesque location you have on Rocky Pointe, in Tampa, and would have expounded upon how enjoyable the ambience was with the music, and the water view, but, I could have enjoyed a whole lot more, if the bartender who was serving us at the seating you have on the railing, would have given us just the basic, what you would expect service, you can get at Denny's. But obviously he wasn't able, or wasn't interested in giving us even that. The poor people next to us had to wait at least 10-15 minutes just to get their drink, and then this same goatee wearing bartender, on this Sunday afternoon, ignored them like he ignored us. Observing him stand around, he obviously could care less! Given the state of the economy I doubt that your restaurant can hardly afford such horrible service, and expect people to return.

Our family went this past Saturday july the 19th. to the Bahama Breeze in Tampa to celebrate my sister's in law wedding. this is the place to be if you want excellent food and service for a very reasonable price. our server's Ruslan Dipp and Aaron Kornhauser were more than awesome! they went the extra mile to make us feel like at home!!! me and my family would like to thank you so very much! this is what customer service should be. awesome job!!!

On June 5th we traveled to Tampa to attend my grandson's graduation and afterwards I took the whole family to the Bahama Breeze on Rocky Point in Tampa, Fl. There was a party of twelve. I have never visited a restaurant that had such poor customer service....it was as if the staff's purpose was to berate & mistreat the customers. We were told would be a 15 minute wait...after an hour we inquired what was our status....the receptionist wondered off for 10 minutes (with a line literally out the door) and returned to tell us that they were busy and did not know when......We waited another 45 minutes...when I then inquired and then asked to see the manager the receptionis wondered off again, returning with who I assume was the manager who was obviously inebriated...when we explained our situation he shrugged his shoulders and wondered off. We did not stay for further discourtesy......and of course will not visit again!

Bahama Breeze is one of my favorite casual dining restaurants in Tampa! I've eaten there about once a month or so for years and I've NEVER been disappointed! Their Bahamarita is the best margarita I've ever tasted, and their Breeze Wood-Grilled Chicken Breast and cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes are amazing!

NIce restaurant to go for food/drinks/socialize and music... Pleasant atmosphere and staff.
