Good lunch selection for those looking for the current food styles or fads. I know there will be those who think average is low for such a location. To me this place is like dozens of others I've been at in recent years across Florida (Two in the past week alone). Similar menus, a wine over-focus and similar level of food quality.
There's a great way to spot these joints: They typically lack the creativity to name themselves beyond their addresses. The address name is always a warning sign that you're about to encounter a restaurant that has owners who aren't as creative as they think they are.
The burger I had was very good. The pasta salad was tiny, a la the recent trend. It's just hard to gauge how good food is with such small samplings. The service was OK. It's not a big deal to me when the water glass isn't full. This time I was thirsty and my empty glass stayed that way for the last fifteen minutes before we left.
Also typical of this early 21st century trend is the obsession with wine, as always leaving me confused as to what they really want to sell- Food or drink.
Sum up: This is a good place for folks to go when dieting.
I haven't been to many restraunts in that area. And I am looking forward to going back! My service was excellent very atttentive waiter. I order escargo that was different than the norm. It had procuttio and garlic with herbs. Yummy! The pistacio lamb chops were a tiny bit too rare for me, but tender and very tasty as well. Also, a great wine selection. Too bad, for smokers, though you go out back to a table close to the back kitchen and dumpster.
Also it was my birthday, and they brought me out yummy rich piece of fudge cake!
Other than that, which I was only outside five minutes, I think the restraunt was fantastic!
