Dragon Express, Tampa

I have visited this restaurant many times over the course of 4 years, and I must say it is GREAT! It could be cleaned up a little more though it may look dirty but the place is actually sanitary.

I can't believe the previous positive comments about tis dump. I have lived in fl. for 20 years and still have not found any decent chinese food, but this food is really lousy!

very good. try the egg rolls and the house special fried rice. its do die for. area is okay but not very bad. we ordered take out and it was all correct. best chinese ive had in tampa since i've been here and that was in '02.

This restaurant has the best food. I also moved to Tampa in 2004, and couldn't find a good Chinese restaurant anywhere. My daughter and her boyfriend who have very little money introduced me to Dragon Express. Very cheap, lots of food and tastes great. Its funny though, its in a not so great area but all walks of life shop there. Don't be freaked out by hearing about the area. USF is directly down the street, its not that bad LOL

This is a really tasty Chinese restaurant in a terrible drug-ridden neighborhood. Fried food are very good though can be greasy at times. General Tso chicken is delicious. Food comes with a terrific egg roll. Great fried rice, not pre-made. You'll love it. Also very cheap.

I've been to alot of the chinese places around tampa and this is one of the best the price ios great and the food awsome, I recomend the General Tsos chicken with lo mein, or the sweet and sour chicken, the egg rolls are good too.

I went to this place on a friend's recomendation. I was very pleased with the service, the price and the food. It was worth every penny. I was only in the place for a few minutes, but it was a clean, friendly atmosphere! The staff was efficient and very friendly. The only bad thing about the place- it's on the wrong side of the road for me lol...it's not their fault. I am so going to order from there again!!!
