Hit or miss with this place.
I have had dining experiences at this restaurant where the customer service was just awful, but the last time I was there the service was stellar. Almost too stellar since our waiter admitted to us that we were his only table and he kept popping up every minute and thirty seven seconds to top off my water. But I suppose that is a good problem.
The entrees are so so. They are definitely not made to order. They are more like a notch above a cafeteria. However the cheesecake is flippin good. After all, I would hope so given the name.
Oh and every butthole in town goes there for dinner on the weekends so good luck getting a table cause they don't except reservations, even for large groups.
P.S. One time I found a piece of a plastic bag in my food there. YUMMY!
Went here for my birthday 2/5/09 and it was mediocre. I ordered Balsamic chicken and it was bland!! my husbands orange chicken and it was good. The crab rangoon for appetizer was the best!! It was my first time to the Cheesecake factory and I was dissapointed in the overall experience. It is HUGE and I felt that the table next to ours was really close, it was hard to have a private conversation! Also, the acoustics are horrible! My father has lost his hearing in one ear and it was hard for him to be in the conversation. I Wouldn't choose to go again unless invited by friends..
My fave restaraunt; my fiancee and I travel 30 minutes to get there anytime we want to treat ourselves. The crusted romano chicken with pasta (get alfredo not tomato) is the best meal ever! My fiancee loves their pizzas, especially plain cheese with sun dried tomatoes on top. All the cheesecakes are to die for (chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake is the best, for those who love to eat cookie dough!) They have an awesome staff and a lovely sun room you can ask to be seated in.
The food is always fresh and tastes great. The menu is like a book. There is so much to choose from. The cheesecakes are to die for. Service is satisfactory. The only drawback is the waiting for a table especially in the evenings. Usually 30-40 minutes. But well worth the wait.
I cannot recommend the Factory enough! Me and my girlz go there every year to celebrate my birthday (its sort of my tradition!) and each time I go, I love it even more! The menu is awesome and there is so much to choose from that it is difficult to decide on just one thing. I cannot even discuss the desserts! Mainly because it'll make me wanna head over there right now to get some cheesecake!! Just go and experience it for yourself! You'll love it as well! :)
Every time I'm in town I HAVE to go to the Cheesecake Factory! The only problem is there are so many great things on the menu that choosing what to eat can be difficult! Especially when it comes to dessert. ;) I've ordered something different nearly every time I've gone and I have NEVER been unhappy with my meal. It always tastes just as amazing as it looks and the portions are always HUGE! And of course their cheesecake is unparalleled to anywhere else. You haven't lived until you've been a Cheesecake Factory!
Of all the times I have eaten here..I can say I have no dislikes...the food is awesome!!! I have been here with my family for anniversaries, birthdays, etc..dont forget the scrumptious desserts.. will come back again and again..Perfect for dates.
This is the best place in the world that i have came across to eat every last thing on the menu is delecious. And the ammount of cheesecake they can make will Bankrupt you. When you come you must have cheesecake before you leave. I don't care how big your dinner was you must atleast leake with a cheesecake. I love this place so much i am literally drooling while i type this. Oh yea the crab cakes are wonderful. hell everything is. let me go so i can wipe off my keyboard now.
