J Alexander's Restaurants, Tampa

Great place to eat with friends and family! Wonderful cooking that will make you come back for more! I really enjoy this place when I visit Florida and have been 5 times. The ribs are the best thing I have ever eaten there. The staff is very friendly and nice and always are there to help customers feel welcomed. The menu and price are great and you will love this place if you just give it a try!

Best resteraunt around period. Service is always top notch!. Spread the word because they don't advertise. We don't want to lose them with our pathetic economy run by the worst president in years.

J's is the best thing in town. The service is outstanding. I have been going for about 4 yrs, and love every single visit. The pork tenderloin is by far the best entree, running in second is the crab cakes. Yummy!! P.s they also have a great wine selection.

Truly exquisite! Kind of expensive but worth every penny. Conservative yet vogue. You will want to keep coming back to try everything on the menu. Deffinetly get the lemonade and key lime pie.

Food is excellent. Especially like the salads and the French Dip. Hold on to your wallet as you will pay top dollar for the food. The places food and ambiance reminds of the Houston's chain of restaurants.

We rec'd a gift certificate from a family member who wanted us to try it. Since we live in Lutz, it was a little bit of a drive, but was it ever worth it!! We eat calamari whenever we go out and we have a couple of favorites in the Tampa area that we love. But, now we have another favorite! That was just the beginning of a wonderful meal. The simple salmon was delicious too. I really liked that it was a spacious establishment with other patrons near by, but yet you still felt like no one else could hear your conversation. I liked that, being that it was our anniversary night. Oh yeah, and the prices were just right. There is no doubt that we will be back! - Tampa native :)

I've been dinning here for four years and it has yet to disappoint me and my guest. PS, the menu is simple yet appealing, almost everything is made in house. Most of the entree's are hardwood grilled, and always cooked to perfection. The Staff is knowledgeable, and ambiance perfect for any occacasion. Pros: Great value compared to other surrounding restaurants, best portion sizes in town. Cons: Might have to try everything on the menu!
