this is outdate old dirty and see plenty cockroaches and just because it got wifi bring peoples but very pricey and costy and dirtest restroom and i just cant believe this owner is cheapstake not to fix thsi place anymore ! go to sunrise eatery ! best food there ! i going say again this is very dirtest restaurant in zephyrhills ! On saturday January 29.11 at 7pm my husband and me decided to invited a family frm another town to eat and enjoy been living in Zephyrhills we just got and seated and for start most of drinks out, we order special and waited waited 45 minutes!!!! the hosted/waiter and manager goes around does said nothing about our meal we decided to GO before head to the chasheir and explain our consern we agree to paid for 1 coffee and limonate she just said 'forgot to paid' and turn head to another customer and was it, we had have good memories goes to eat before is bad to see haw bad customer service is a fraud. We was so ashame to our family to see this kind of treatment we ended went to another real restaurent.
In all the years,there has been lots of changes in this Restaurant.As with all places,changes are necessary in mgr's all the why to down the line.Since Tim has been the mgr.,things have improved a lot.Wait staff have gotten a lot better,as have the cooks.
The Zephyr Hills Clock has a new manager named Tim. He is doing a great job. He is doing some fun promotions and loves his customers. The prices cannot be beat for good quality food and the service is always friendly.
Valentines Day 2010---what a dissappointment!
We went in for a special for Valentines Day. No one told us that it was from 4-10 so we were there for lunch/dinner(noon). Party of six, half of our orders were mixed up, people didn't get what they ordered. Hot food was maybe lukewarm if we were lucky. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive at our table. Steak was very tough, beans, tilapia etc cool, baked potatoes were overbaked and appeared to be old, not fresh by a long way. One person ate a meal that she didn't even order but was told that she/someone ordered it. There wasn't a person at that table that remembers anyone ordering shrimp. The rolls were cold.
Believe it or not, the best part of the experience today was getting right to a table because we had a reservation for what we believed was a special meal for a special day. There appears to be lack of communication between management and employees.
Yes we have been there before and had much better service and food.
Unsure of whether or not we will be back and the same goes for the others that were with us.
to all loyal clock dinners ;melany church has been fired after 6 yrs of sevice. never missed a day & never late ...a woman walked n the clock and was angry that there was no one there to seat her then melany took her order shortly after she was angry the food took too long then at the end of all things she called main office and said melany was rude to her ???? BIG PROBLEM ... i called and asked why did melany get fired she has never even had a write up for conduct issue perfect work record for 6 yrs i also asked if the manager got fired for not having staff asigned to properly seat costomers and if the cook got fired for not having the food out n a timly fashion and was told (no) i then asked why was an employee of 6 yrs loyal service get fired for somthing that clearly 3 people played part in and got no answer .. now after 6 yrs of loyal service melany church may loose her home for some thing i honestly dont beleve she did and the manager and cook recieve no repercution for the role they allso played n cutomers dinning experience THATS JUST WRONG the clock has emplimented a write up system for conduct issues such as this and miss church denied this proccess and there for discriminated against by policy she has never recieved a write up n all her employment ...she is jobless and could b homless due to this B.S. and i erdge any one who knows or reads this and feels its as wrong as i do to fax john lynch at 561-994-3655 she also needs employment to keep her home , melany church is a good person and deserved better then she was treated please help this person right a wrong done by clock resturaunt ... the manager n my eyes is to blame this person was angry before ever ncountering miss church and any one who knows melany knows what type of person she is and she now desperatly needs ur help ;;;;; sencerly submitted dale a. emery .......
I used to like the clock Restaurants until today. I waited 25 min for my breakfast. The place was 1/4 full. There were two orders ahead of mine. When my breakfast came the food was cold and when i told the server, she told me i had an attitude when i first came in. What business is it of hers what my attitude is. She is there to serve me. She started arguing with me. I got up and left and wont go back. The service has always been awful but this whas the last straw. They should fire the whole bunch
the clock used to be a nice place to eat and meet with family and friends, that being said I would not recomend it to anyone after my last visit on new years eve. food was bad , service horrid, and the staff very unproffesional.I wont go back.
