Sushi Ray Japanese Restaurant, Boca Raton

The best in Boca Raton in my opinion. Ray is a true professional. The food is always fresh and never has disappointed in the past 17+ years I have been eating there. The Tuna tower is a must try!

Have been a regular on friday nights but must say this was not good tonight. The portions on teh meals has been cut back. We eat at the Bar. Ray had words with the Bar tender/ waiter/manager about the size of our drinks. ( be careful some people understand some Japanese . ) We were embarased and we are sure the Bar Tender was embarased. Ray just got back from south beach. The Delano charges 12 dollars the fountainbleau charges 12 dollars . If you want to do this make sure the glass is full or cut back on the size of your glasses. Instead of complaining about how much the bartender is giving to a regular customer , you should have bought them a drink. Needless to say we will not be back. You are not the only sushi Restaurant.

The BEST restaurant by far in Boca Raton, Florida. Lived here 15 years ago and was the Best then, moved back to area as physician and it is Still the Best! I go a few times a week to eat. I've been several times over the past few months while in town on business. Awesome unique menu along with standards. They have some items I've never had before like the Tuna Tower appetizer. It is spicy tun with large wonton chips and they sear the top with a flame. Also i've had a great dish with jalepeno's. Large cocktails and a wonderful staff too.
