Sandwiches by the Sea, is a small place tucked away on Palm Beach Island that I frequently go to for lunch. Their Italian Combo Hoagie Sub is Fantastic! Also, if you like rare roast beef subs make sure to ask how it is before you order. If it is rare then you are in for a treat. They also have daily specials and delicious soups along with frozen yogurt. You can call ahead or have them make it right there in front of you.
I will never go back. I wanted to introduce my girlfriend to the place because the sandwiches were good, but the owner of the place was down right rude and insulting. My girlfriend couldn't decide between the chicken salad or the tuna salad. I asked the girl if she could have a sample of the tuna. She asked the owner who was in the back. He looked out at us after she explained our request. He said NO!? I would have paid 25 cents had he wanted, but he just said NO!?
I will never go back and I will never suggest this place to another person. I would, however, suggest a sandwich from Taboo, Columbino's or Great Wraps in West Palm Beach on Dixie (AMAZING FOOD)
