This Used To Be one of our favorite local restaurants.
Starting in December of last year we were served cold coffee and lukewarm pasta..We complained and they fixed the immediate problem. Figured this was a onetime problem..happened again in February..and
again in March. Wrote a letter to the manager,
never acknowledged..We now go elsewhere for our
been there twice, won't go back. the hostess was rude, the waitress was rude, the outside is very old looking and smells of sewer. the fried food we ordered was cooked in very old oil, we didn't even eat it, we never got refills on our drinks, two empty glasses sat on our table, we couldn't get our waitress's attention, she never refilled my supposed unlimited soup bowl. it was awful, both times, it's dirty inside and smells. we left, and didn't leave a tip and went around the corner to bennigan's and had a great meal and friendly service. do yourself a favor, don't go to this nasty and smelly olive garden. it stinks in more ways than one.
I'm a server myself at an upscale restaurant and I was very pleased with the over-all experience. My server paid a lot of attention to me and my children - she even went out of her way to box up food, bring extra crayons, and do anything she could to make sure that we were well taken care of. We did go in on Saturday when it was a little busy, but the wait wasn't very long, and the food came promptly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Every time my family and I come to olive garden in brandon, floirda we always get the worse service ever and today was the worse one, we waited 45 mins. for our entrees and the server didn't even bother to inform us that their was an error in the computer, and the manager just give us $10 gift certificate, he could at least pay for the whole dinner and given us a gift certificate.
