Very slow and bad service had to wait over 2 hrs to get service and they did not have any ribs, or chicken, the burgers were just mediocre I will never comeback here again

Place is horrible! will never return. I was there with a large group on Superbowl Sunday . We gave them plenty of notice that we would be there and even confirmed with them the day before.There was one waitress and about 70 of us. took her an hour to get my order, and and another hour to bring it. They claimed to have run out of ribs, chicken fingers and fish..lol...Probably saving it for the locals! I spoke to the so called manager and his response was your message was not relayed to management, next time speak to a manager !?!?! so i guess it was our fault????? stay away from this place!!!

This place is just terrible I had to wait for 2-1/2 hrs for a burger that never came. The sitting patrons had to wait while the Take-Out orders were served ahead of them, ran out of ribs, and chicken. Only had one waitress, and the cook doubled as a server also. Our group called twice during the week to notify them of our arrival on Sunday 1PM They were not prepared and the service was atrocious. This place is just a mess I would not recommended it to anyone and I will never return her for sure

We went to this place from Miami, on the Super Bowl day. The place was almost empty when we arrived (maybe 3 local customers). The 1st thing we were told is that they did not have ribs or chicken fingers... On a Super Bowl Game Day??? We ordered a burger, nothing special and took literally 3 hours to be served. Despite the lack of service, they were not even considerate to provide us free snacks or appetizers or even make the pool tables available so we could be entertained while the waiting. Awful service and management.

very very very bad service, we called ahead days b4 to let them know we coming an they only had one girl server in the place :( not only that but after taking a few 4 or 5 orders of ribs ( which was there sunday special , they said they run out of ribs , any many of other people waited on orders for a long time too , what one cook too dam . don t waste your time with this place it sucks bad .

The Service suck, I was there with my bikers friends after riding from Miami and even went I call twice (I call the same day to avoid any excuses) to advice that I was coming with 50 people, we have to wait hours for the food. This is just another local bar with an impressive website because the place suck……

Very casual with quick service and the best burgers in town. Nice place to relax, listen to music, play pool, and have a few drinks.
