New China Buffet, Greenacres

New China Buffet is a great Chinese buffet. We go there almost every Saturday as an end of the week treat. The selection is delicious and the quality is divine. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you if you need. And there is no reason to worry about running out of food. The chefs and runners always have the buffet bins full of food. There is also a sushi chef readily available and he does do requests if he is not overly busy. Seafood like snow crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp, chilled mussels, and stuffed oyster shells are some of our favorites. You do have to experience both the evening meal and the noon meal due to different menu items. Also, the weekends have different selections than the weekday. Enjoy a great meal at New China Buffet.
