Tin Muffin Cafe, Boca Raton

we ve been there twice, the first and last time. Not only was the service indifferent, but the food was only okay despite what others have said. t0 be charged three dollars for a can of soda is unforgiveable. A salad, muffin and coke and a shrimp sandwich (with some tail on shrimp) costing thirty three dollars is a disgrace.

My husband & I had lunch at the Tin Muffin Cafe last week for the first time. We both had a special of the day. My husband had the home made chicken pot pie filled with a lot of meat & I had the quiche that was very moist & fluffy. They both came with a side fresh salad & home made dressing. The best was for last, the coconut cream pie to die for. The service was excellent & the owner came over & spoke to us about his cafe & you can see that all his life is comsumed by this effort. He even took the time to show us his kitchen which is unheard of in this business. We are from Miami, when we are in the area again it would be our first choice to dine. Have recommended it to family living in the area and other friends. Neil & Deborah

My girlfriends and I love this little cafe.Its like being in our grandmas house. We love the fresh salads and delicious sandwiches.Our favorite is the egg salad tea sandwiches served with soup and a muffin.The homemade chocolate or banana cake is a must on every trip.

I have been a loyal customer of The Tin Muffin for years bringing family and friends to my used-to- be favorite lunch place. I met with Brent about possibly having my baby shower at the Tin Muffin. From the beginning, Brent's immediate approach was rude and curt with a major attitude toward myself as well as my mother. After waiting 20 minutes for him, even though we had an appointment, he was aggressive in his approach calling me dishonest even though I was very upfront and honest with him from the very beginning. My mother and I got up and walked out. I will never eat at The Tim Muffin again after being treated with such disrespect. We ended up booking my shower at a larger and more charming tea house in Parkland and couldn't be happier!
