The food and service were great. Great place.

i thought that the food was excellent but the service that we had was poor.... i know that we are only eighteen years old but we leave good tips and the server thought of us as his last table and it was very annoying.

Its a good with great food

It's good, but you can easily find better. Try Yardhouse downtown at the gardens. Their mune is much more unique and diverse. Plus they have over 125 different draft beers from all over the world. It's pricedd about the same, but has a cooler atmosphere and the wait staff is very knowledgable on the menu.

Went there for the first time with my in-laws and husband for Father's Day. Food was good, but service was a bit slow. Also had problems getting 2 orders of waffles right...had to send one back (they came out with French Toast instead) and then they forgot the pecans for the strawberry topped waffle and the whipped cream for both the strawberry topped and the chocolate chip topped waffle. Took about 10 minutes to get it all right. My mother-in-law ordered extra cream cheese for her bagel and they brought out an extra bagel with cream cheese and tried to charge us for it. My husband's calamari appetizer and chipotle chicken pasta was perfect. My father-in-law's omelette was light and fluffy. Took dessert home...WOW!!! the Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake was absolutely to die for! Portions are large and worth the money...as long as you are not in a rush.

Their menu is huge! Guaranteed you'll find something you love. But entrees are really big so save room for the cheesecake.

The Cheesecake Factory has very good food, and of course wonderful desserts, but it's not a family resturaunt by any means. The tables are arranged very close together, which makes it impossible for a stroller to get through. There are no changing stations in the restrooms, and there's not even counter space to change a young child. I ended up having to change my son in the middle of the floor in the bathroom. The women's restroom is VERY small, so if there's any kind of line, you'll be getting quite friendly with your fellow diners. There is no kind of kids menu, and there's not even anything in a small portion that a kid would typically eat. It's a good place to go without kids, but if you're looking to eat out as a family, it's not worth the cheesecake.

Yes, this place is always hoping and if you go on say a saturday night, expect a half hour wait at least. But the food is excellent and so is the service.

the service took for ever. the food came cold. it's freezing in this resturaunt so i urge you to bring a sweather even in the middle of the summer. i believe it's very over priced. how ever to be fair it stays true to it's name the cheese cake is spectaular. i believe the prices should be lowered a tad how ever it is wonderfully delicious.
