Capri Blu was a great restaurant, but it moved from the address given (116 N Dixie in WPB) a few years ago. It also left its newer location (251 Sunrise, Palm Beach) in January 2009. I hope the Tascas (who are very gracious hosts) have opened again at a new location, but I don't know where it might be.
In the Palm Beach constellation of overpriced and even more overrated restaurants, Capri Blu is a shining star.It suffuses one with a quiet dignity as one savors first rate food. The service is attentive but discreet. Capri Blu eclipses all its counterparts on the island and has no peer in West Palm.
This place is so quant, amazing food, quality service. We had a variety of things and they all were great!
The chicken dishes were amazing. The dessert was great, we had the sorbet and the coffee. Great choice, will be back again.
I had business in downtown West Palm and we ate at Capri Blu for about a week straight every day for lunch. The food is authentic and delicious, the service is gracious and the proprietor/host is usually quite involved as well. It is what it is, a small and cozy authentic Italian joint.
The only legitimate drawback is that it is on the pricy side.
