Ate there for the first time tonight. Everything was very good, all were friendly, and it was a very good value. A place like this is different enough that some people may take more than one visit to warm to it. I think Ms Magoo just did not understand how things work in an All You Can Eat Grill.
I have to say this was one of the most disappointing meals I have had in a long time.
We were there at 6:30 - the meat was on the grill, dried out and burnt. I had a piece of sirlon that was FULL of fat and had NO flavor except the burned outside. No spices and no taste - what I could actually eat.
THe salad bar was nice - IF you knew what you were eating, many things were not recognizable!!! And there were no labels.
The wine was cheap - not inexpensive - cheap. The dessert was by far the best part.
I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to pay $27.00 a person for burned meat and salad. I would recommend Alexanders for the price - at least there the food is not burned and has plenty of flavor for the same or lower price - and the staff speak English.
With as much real beef as you can pack in your belly, (come hungrry!!) a nice bottle of wine, dessert, it is a good value.
The cheese (Queso parrillero) Provolone is to die for and a table of colds and salads that is definetely between 4 and 5 star.
This restraunt features more steaks ribs and chicken fresh cooked then anyone else in town. Cooked on wood fired grills and made to order you can have any kind of meat you want all you can eat! Worth the price.
