ok place
Vienna Cafe is a pretty, intimate restaurant. I went on an off night with a date. We had the Escargots en Croute appetizer. It was delicious, but unfortunately arrived at the table cold and had to be sent back to be warmed. We ordered the Wiener Schnitzel (your at the Vienna Cafe after all) and a seafood dish. Both were presented beautifully and were delicious, but what appears to be a running trend at Vienna Cafe, they were just warm. Apparently you dont have to worry about burning your tongue or palate here. You'll have a hard time choosing desert. They are plentiful and delicious. Luckily you'll want them cold or room temp. Lastly, I understand the concept of the two hour meal. I've been to Vienna, traveled extensively in Europe. That said, a two hour meal is one that is enjoyed over conversation and food, not waiting two hours wondering when the food will arrive. Didn't seem to matter whether it was an appetizer, entree or desert, everything took forever to come out of the kitchen. From the looks of the other patrons, our thoughts were the same. Would I go again? Yes, but it's definitely not at the top of my list.
