The food was absolutely wonderful, the weather was mild and balmy and the views of the inner coastal waterways was fun.

No way will i ever go in that place again , Take out a Loan for that place to have something thats not all that good. Check out the news the other day they have some issue with health inspectors with the staff members breaking the rules and dirty kitchen . I am not surprised

I ate here in August 2009. We had the calamari appetizer and it was one of the best I have ever had. I had clam chowder and it was excellent. I had the mahi encrusted with macadamia nuts and it was very good also. The service was pretty good. I thought it took a long time to get our entree delivered and the restaurant was not that busy. Prices are high. You can easily spend 70 dollars per person with appetizers, drinks, soup/salad and main entree.

Have been going to Charley's Crab for many years and the last couple of times the service was inept and the food was not warm enough. The breads are still great and the view wonderful. Food not up to prices given.

Very Disapointed. Went there last night for the first time. Sat outside by the water which was the only good point abount the dinner. The service was terrible. The food wasn't much better. The Alaskan Crab legs were soft and rubbery and should have never been served. Ordered a steak medium rare, sent it back twice and then finally gave up. Wouls never go back. Much too expensive for what you get.

DISSAPOINTMENT with a capital D. I ordered the Mahi Mahi. It was dry, very fishy tasting and very salty. The rice was very salty as well. My friend ordered the seared tuna and I was embarrassed for Charlies Crab, because the size of it as the main course was that of the size of an appetizer. I didn't finish my dinner because it was disgusting but I had them wrap it to go. When I got outside and was waiting for the valet to bring my car, I threw my leftovers out in the trash outside the restaurant. I will never go there again.

Hi- the place is nice but the service was terrible. The foreign speaking waiter we had on Monday, Dec 29th ruined our whole evening- he was ignoring us the whole night and I will never go back. I think he was mad that we asked for the AAA discount too- don't offer a 10 percent discount if you do not want people to take it- Definitely has changed since it has new owners- We will go elsewhere in Ft. Lauderdale when on vacation-

Pretty disappointed. I ordered Alaskan king crablegs but what I was served should have been in the garbage. The legs were small, dry and rubbery. I told my waitress as much but requested not to speak to a manager. I did ask her to let him know once I was gone. I'll never go back. I think the chef should have 86'd them so I could have had something else. Their clam chowder rocked though.

took my gf for her and my first time. thought it was very nice and food was great...a little pricy but eveyr seafood rest on the water is the same price def would go back
