Tired of cold, tasteless, clumpy rice, and dubious fish, I've been looking for this place for a long time. Sushi-One has perfect rice, soft, sticky, fluffy, and very fresh fish. It's as much in the texture as it is in the flavor. Japanese family owned and operated, it's for the most part a small take-out joint, so don't expect atmosphere. They prepare the food right in front of you, and with exquisite care (you'd be amazed how much saran wrap they go through to avoid contamination). They do one thing and they do it right. The menu covers the basics, and they always have specials. I tried the uni (sea urchin) yesterday, and it was amazingly fresh, which is indeed rare.
