Description

This new Tuscan-style restaurant serves their namesake bruschetta and follows it with fresh renditions of classic dishes. Some of the staff is inexperienced, but the enterprise shows promise for consistent quality. Bruschetta is served with a variety of toppings, $3.50-$4.95. Try the simple but elegant Insalata Tricolore, $4.75 (with chicken add $2). The eight-ounce Filet Mignon in demi-glace mushroom sauce costs $16.95. Pizzas are $5.95-$7.95. The large room is trimmed with the earth tones of Tuscany. Small blue hanging lamps give a modern touch to the bar.

Dishonest waiter serving most expensive wine by the glass without showing us a price list. Bill was 93.00 for 4 glasses of wine,3 cocktails and 2 bruschettas at 8.00 each.. After the meal, he accepted a 17.00 tip which I later found out was included in the bill. Unusual for a party of 2 at a restaurant not situated at the beach. I called the manager and General manager to resolve this issue and they felt I was treated quite fairly. I want my 17.00 back!!!!!!!

Bruschetta used to be a great restaurant years ago. the menu is not the same anymore. They took out alot of great items such as the carpaccio/beef.and deserts. The prices are quite expensive for a place to grab pizza and pasta especailly in doral.Their menu is quite not italian. They have more seafood plates then italian. Their staff isnt professional at all either. Try Macaroni grill or Johnny carinos better

Loved it, can't wait to go back. Try and get one of the booths in the corner (mirimar) the are shaped like a large shell very cool. Food is awsome. Drink service could of been faster but other than that it was great

Incredible Place, Incredible Food !!

Food is awesome, consistent service, great atmosphere and the best Birthday Song you've ever heard. Management (Mauro, Pedro, Iggy) and the entire staff make your dinning experience so dinamic that you become a friend instead of a regular. Try the Fiocchi di Pera and the Ossobuco, great bread and wine as well.

Great food resonable prices

Food and service are great and the prices are very resonable if compared to simular establishments. It is a little loud especially in the sun room section, the hard floors, wall and furniture rebound all noises. Don't go for a quiet business lunch but for casual or friendly lunch you won't find much better in this area.
