Prime One Twelve, Miami Beach

WORST experience of my dinning life. The manager Matt is a complete arrogant twit. We waiting four hours for a table we had reservations for only to be seated outside in forty degree weather. We never even got our food, before we froze, and they didn t care one bit. I can t say awful enough times

We had a reservation for 6 people saturday Feb 9 at 9 Pm , we arrived onetime, we had to wait for 2 hours. Food was overcooke.This was the second time it happen to us and it will be the last. Nice place if you want to be seen; but food is average and 2 hour waiting with a reservation is an abuse to the customer.If you like good food and good service this is not the place!!

We visit Prime One Twelve each time we are in South Beach. Everything is always amazing. I cave the Arugula Salad with the Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese. As a Chef, I appreciate great food and this is indeed Great. It is a little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for.

I have had the opportunity to eat at Prime One Twelve over 100 times. The waitress said the Rib Eye was better than the Filet. So i ordered the filet. OUTSTANDING and I love Filet Mignon. My wife had the Fish and it was magnificent. The sides are awesome. If you like potatoes, order the scalloped! Although it is a high priced restaurant, you get what you pay for! I cant stress enough, you have to eat at this restaurant if in Miami, or South Beach. The location is great too! We saw Colin Ferrel and Will Smith. The waitress was very attentive as well. Being a Plastic Surgeon in Miami, the price was reasonable. The bill for us came to around $350.00. Thats ordering 2 steaks, a fish entree, 2 sides, 2 bottles of champagne and 3 desserts. THIS IS A MUST EAT!!!

This place is amazing. Well located, great food, drinks & ambiance. It's a must!!! PS Some might say it's overpriced, but the experience is worth it.

I have been to Prime several times. Yes, the restaurant is going to be very crowded on a Fri/Sat. night, but make a reservation and then plan to wait a bit. I really enjoy the seafood - grouper especially. I love to sit outside because it is not a congested as inside. The bar is a really fun spot to stop and have a few drinks - - great socializing and people watching, but plan to spend the typical $15 for a martini. The wait/bar staff are top-noch and very attentive. This is a must for any trip to SOBE.

I eat at Prime 112 at least once to twice per month. This is the most fabulous steakhouse in Miami Beach. The side dishes are as good if not better than the main dishes. The tables are little close and It's high-priced but you deffinately get what you pay for. Not only are the steaks cooked to perfection but the fish dishes are fantastic, too. I suggest the Serrano ham and Manchego cheese potatoes, they're to die for! Warning, you may leave this restaurant slightly food-drunk!

I've been to Prime One Twelve and just now was looking to book a reservation online. I read all the reviews and agree in all of them. The Good and the Bad. When I ate at Prime One Twelve I didn't like my meat. It was wayyyyy over cooked and not at all tasty. The sides were amazing, specially the Mac and Cheese with Truffles- A MUST!!!! Why am I going again considering the high prices and just liked the sides; because it has ambiance. It is an incredible place to hace a good late dinner (till 1:00a.m.), Tremendous for drinks, Best place in Miami to find Celebrities, very hip croud, Beautiful people. Expensive, yes.... But, it always depends on what you are looking for. Best Meat in Miami Capitol Grill. Prime One Twelve is a must as a whole.
