Las Vacas Gordas, Miami Beach

Estuve en este lugar hoy domingo con mi esposa y mi madre, y me lleve una sorpresa desagradable !!!! pedi una ensalada de la casa y me adicionaron un aguacate , y el costo se multiplico por 4, usan tacticas y los perjudicados somos los que inocentemente vamos a comer a este lugar, el dueno es desagradable,y enconstante vigilia !!! ..la comida es buena ..., pero sus empleados estan preparados para sorprender al consumidor. cuando vayan no acepten una sugerencia del mesero, lea bien y/o pregunte cuanto le va a costar lo que consume, para que una tarde bonita no se convierta en la tarde de terror!

if you are not argentine, with european accent and park with a nice car.....well this is it what you get: bad waitress services that ignore you, no matter what you order they will ask you if you look at prices,they will move you to serve other people they will bring your food cold and they will treat you just like you dont belong there......enjoy your meal or throw it to the waitress either way you will be over paying... ps....i still looking for my dignity......

FRAUD- DO NOT GO THERE! no need to elaborate- see postings below- same things happened to us- funny part is that I live in Sunny Isles and am Argentinian.

That's not so much a restaurant but a rip off place with archaic and unashamed up-sales tactics. You'll have the expensive stake and wine shoved in your face and if you don't order you'll be laced with expensive platters that seem like the appetisers that you ordered, just 3 times the price. They do injustice to Argentinian cousine as they have some great tasting dishes but it's all shadowed by the greed of the bald waiter who actually is one of the owners and the guy who runs the place.

Terrible experience ever-------never go there. we ordered the one kind of meal and they gave us the different one and the most expensive one (in there menu, there is no difference between steaks)and force us to pay the money. They not only cheated us and threated us. The boss and waitress have no logic at all and even said that they don't treat the tourists.

WHAT a rip off the worst place this was my second time there and the meat is fatty and tough the waiter was the worse very pushy since the tip is added of course the more you spend the bigger the tip bad service we wanted our check i had to get up and tell him and was on his cell texting then i returned and he was still texting tall bald guy DONT GO THERE, i will never go bck theres so many othere great meat restaurants in miami dont waste your money ahhh and we asked for regular water of course he brought bottled water is that kind of place

Talk about CHAOS!! This is the worst, and the most dishonorable restaurant. My family and I have been to in 22 yrs living in Miami, FL. At first, when we get there – we asked for a table for 16 people- the waiter says; “ok” give me 5min. she tells us that the table is ready – 10min. later she comes around the table to offer us drinks, she first serves the wine – mind you “no silverware on the table” and starts to discuss with the other waiter standing next to our table “WHY DID YOU SIT THEM HERE”? “I WAS HOLDING THESE TABLES FOR SOMEONE ELSE” So, after our waiter serving us wine and sitting down for 35min. Then I started to realize that something was going on, because they never brought us bread, sodas, nor they never took our order. Her friend comes to our table and says – “I’M SORRY FOLKS, BUT I NEED THIS TABLE FOR ANOTHER PARTY!! So, we decided not to move. The waiter came to tell us 3 times that we needed to clear the table, because her 8:30 party was standing. My brother asked to talk to the manager, and her response was “WE DON’T HAVE A MANAGER”. Instead she offered to sit us outside. We asked her - Why can’t they sit outside? My nephew who was turning 23yrs old felt so uncomfortable that he got up from the table and walked out. Talk about being “HUMILIATED ON YOUR BIRTHDAY” my family and I decided to get up and leave. As we’re walking out, we come to find out that the people who supposedly had that reservation were Argentineans, and that they new the other waiter - “THAT’S DISCRIMINATION” just because our accent didn’t sound fruity doesn’t mean that we have no values. This gets better – We leave the restaurant, and my brother decides to call the restaurant to make a reservation – guess what they tell him – “SORRY SIR, WE DON’T TAKE RESERVATIONS! This is the most wicked, vulgar, and disgraceful restaurant to go to when it comes to treating a guess from both sides, Management and Staff. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Nice place for a nice evening, the food is excellent, decoration is beautiful, and the service people is very kind, and i am sure you´ll always be treated the way you treat the others

For anyone that wants to experience an awful hand full of bad experiences, this place is the place to be!! How does the staff even agree to work on a place like this where even us the customers feel awkward just to be there watching, I guess the owner mistreating and yelling at the staff!! The meal takes over ½ hour to arrive and during this entire time you up to a memorable experience of the owners mistreating and disrespecting the entire staff. Just another latino restaurant with latino owners running lost thru the restaurant!! I suggest the owners to take a customer service and marketing class before loosing their entire customers!! WOULD NEVER VISIT BACK!!!! Atmosphere not for me!!! Like the comment below says, for anyone looking for a chaotic experience, this is the place to visit!!
