Sergio's Restaurant, Coral Gables

I got food poison from this place Sergio's cuban food and sick for four days. Also my wife order chicken meal and what they brought over was the wrong meal. She then told the waiter, and he went back to get it right, but the cook took off the Swiss cheese from the chicken and reheated the same chicken with other cheese. I had to then tell the waiter that isn't right and told him to take it back. I'll never go back there again. That place is going down hill. Awful place to eat. Never Again...

I had never had Cuban food, so I can't comment on whether it was authentic, but I did enjoy it. The wait staff was respectful of the fact that I did know anything about the menu, and made good recommendations. The atmosphere reflected the reasonable price.

Great Food! My parents are cuban and they cook great so I can't say the cooking there is the best I've had but they have a great menu. The Vaca Frita there is pretty good..make sure you add lime ;o) - the breaded chicken steak is huge and good as well Great place for tourists/people visiting Miami you should def. go by there...get that latin feeling

Great affordable and really good Cuban Food. The Cubano Sandwich is really yummy...make sure you get the big one...you can always snack on it later. They also make this incredible grilled chicken steak with onions. The only problem is trying to find it on the menu. Typically it is a special. The only problem that we have is the language barrier. The staff is very friendly but they speak very little English and it is very hard for us to order the grilled chicken steak because it is not on the regular menu. Do not be afraid to go here because the menu is in English and you can definately find something really good. The rice, beans and fried bananas are so good. The outdoor seating is finally done too...I highly recommend sitting outside getting a beer and eating some yummy Cuban food. This place has late hours during the weekends. Also, check out the monthly beer special...nothing like a great beer special.

Food was unexpensive, staff was very courteous. I had a great time ! I definetely recommend this restaurant if you want to try something different than american food.
