Description

This is beach-front dining with a tropical theme. The cafe menu features island-inspired lunch and dinner entrees as well as average American fare (sandwiches, pizzas and bar appetizers). The wait staff is definitely an attraction, sporting skin-tight, leopard-print uniforms. The occasional group dance routine keeps things interesting for diners and passers-by alike. Things really heat up around 9p, when a live band plays upbeat Latin music. It can be hard to maneuver past the businessmen and tourists who come here to down shots, so come early.

The owner of Mango s was very disrespectful to me and my cousin. We were enjoying the entertainment and drinks when the doorman walked over to us and asked us for our ids. I had lost my wallet at the beach the previous day. He asked why I was drinking if I didn t have an id and I reminded him that we had already been served $144 worth of food and drinks. The owner acted despicably asking me to pay only in cash and refused to give me a receipt.

Great drinks and food, but check your bill they include the gratuity and then when you spit the bill the charge you gratuity again!!!!

This place was the most fun that we had in Miami (other than the beach.) It's over the top and kind of hysterical, but it's such a good time. The salsa dancers were amazing!

Great Latin vibe..Most exciting place on Ocean Drive.One warning...check your bill...gratuity is added on already..most people don't check and tip alot more than they should..after 25times there I figured that out ..not that they don't deserve it..

Great place to be when you visit Miami , They have go go dancers and great food and sometimes they have an awesome band ...If u ever go to south beach go to MANGOS cause its the best ...:) and trust me you will have a great time .
